Managing Links

The Links Dashboard is your command center for managing all your short links. From here, you can edit, organize, analyze, and maintain your entire link library.

Navigate to DashboardLinks to see a list of all your created links.

Key Information

Each link card displays:

  • Title & Alias: The name and short URL.
  • Destination: The original long URL.
  • Clicks: Total click count.
  • Date: Creation date.
  • Tags: Any tags associated with the link.
  • Actions: Edit, Copy, QR Code, Analytics, More.

You can update almost any aspect of a link after it's created.

  1. Find the link in your dashboard.
  2. Click the Edit button (pencil icon).
  3. Update fields like Destination URL, Title, Tags, or Scheduling.
  4. Click Save Changes.

Note: You generally cannot change the Alias (short URL part) once created to prevent breaking existing shares, but you can update where it points to.

Archiving & Deleting

Archiving

If you no longer need a link but want to keep its data:

  1. Click the Three Dots menu on the link card.
  2. Select Archive.
  3. The link will stop working, but its analytics are preserved. You can un-archive it later.

Deleting

To permanently remove a link:

  1. Click the Three Dots menu.
  2. Select Delete.
  3. Warning: This action is irreversible. All data and analytics for this link will be lost.
